Unicorn Staffing was born from a simple, powerful idea: to help. We are founded and operated by healthcare workers who have lived the reality of staffing shortages firsthand. We’ve felt the weight of understaffed shifts, the strain on our colleagues, and the impact on the people in our care. We knew something had to change.
Instead of accepting the status quo, we decided to build the solution we wished we had. We created Unicorn Staffing to be a genuine partner for healthcare organizations, designed by the very people who understand the job inside and out. Our mission is to directly assist and support our healthcare community by providing not just staff, but a team of dedicated professionals who are ready to step in and make a difference from day one.
